The Mozambique Spitting Cobra is also named Naja mossambica, as same as it's name "Mozambique Spitting Cobra" is one of cobra type that has ability to spray or spit the fenom from his fangs, but the difference is in his color, the color of Mozambique Spitting Cobra is slate to olive gray, olive or tawny brown in above, with some or all scales black-edging, and in below salmon pink to purple yellowfish with black bars across the neck and ventrals speckled or edged with brown or black, the young specimens sometimes have pink or yellow bars on the throat.

About food they eat (diet), Mozambique Spitting Cobra mainly consist on amphibians like frog and toad but they sometimes also eat other snakes and eggs and also birds, small mammals and even insects.
